ANMOPYC presented H2MAC Project at PTEC 2026 General Assembly
On May 7 and 8, the Spanish Technological Platform for Construction (PTEC) held its annual meeting in Zaragoza (Spain) with with visits to reference construction projects and technological sessions.
ANMOPYC, the Spanish Manufacturers Association of Construction and Mining Equipment — showed a presentation based on the role of machinery in the decarbonization of the construction sector. This is a highly topical and urgent issue for the sector: the electrification of machinery, the development of hydrogen-powered equipment and the incorporation of alternative fuels are already active areas of work. Proof of this is the European H2MAC project, which focuses on the development of construction machinery powered by hydrogen fuel cells.
The energy transition for construction machinery is not an option: it is a necessity and H2MAC is a clear example.
